General Warranty  

If any Zhana Corporation product is damaged when it arrives or develops a material flaw within 30 days after delivery, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please see our Return Policy for details.

 


Extended Warranty for ZHANA Branded Sneakers

If a material flaw is discovered for ZHANA branded sneakers after the initial 30-day period but less than 3 months (90 days) from the purchase date, customers are eligible to exchange the flawed product for a replacement of the same size and color variants. To exchange an eligible product during the Warranty Period, please give us a call or send us an email using the contact information listed below. The replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost after the old product has been received and the material flaw is validated.
